TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

All pricing stated is based on estimated labor hours and is valid for 90 days from date of email notification. Additions or changes to the scope of the project, including revisions, will require a separate quote.

Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of the proposal, its stated terms and the specifics of project specified within. By accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement, the individual acknowledges they are authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of the named company or will act as a personal guarantor.

PAYMENT TERMS

Clients paying for project in full (100%) upon accepting project proposal shall receive original quoted price.

RM2 Project will accept payment plans under the following terms and with the completion of a Credit Application:

Clients retaining RM2 Project, Inc. for Monthly Services: Monthly dues are due on the 28th day of prior month until end of committed period.

Installment payments made shall constitute payment for services rendered and are nonrefundable except in cases of nonperformance.

 

Clients who “walk out” on project, will be subject to a 20% penalty on original quoted price for collections purposes.

 

FEES & PENALTIES

Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee added to invoice.

Checks with insufficient funds are subject to a $50 insufficient funds fee.

Late payments shall be subject to late penalties as follows:

 

PROJECTS UDER $1,000

 

10 Days late: $10 or 2% of total project cost, whichever is greater

20 Days late: $20 or 4% of total project cost, whichever is greater

30 Days late: $40 or 8% of total project cost, whichever is greater

 

PROJECTS OVER $1,001

 

10 Days late: 3% penalty on total project cost

20 Days late: 6% penalty on total project cost

30 Days late: 10% penalty on total project cost

 

PROJECT DELIVERY

Jobs will not be delivered until FINAL PAYMENT has been made. Projects will remain in “Maintenance Mode” during the development phase and will be considered complete when the specified work has been performed, at which time it will stand ready to go “live” upon client approval and final payment. Corrections or agreed upon revisions must be made within 10 days of the project completion.
